Our pharmacists are available to discuss dosage forms, ingredient considerations, patient preferences, administration challenges and formulation feasibility. We welcome collaboration before a prescription is written as well as ongoing coordination throughout therapy.

Customized care across wellness needs

We work with prescribers serving patients in areas such as hormone and sexual wellness, dermatology, pain management, metabolic health, healthy aging and other clinical situations where a customized medication may be appropriate.

All treatment decisions remain with the licensed prescriber. Compounded medications are prepared pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription when legally required and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality.

Patient access and referrals

Patients occasionally ask our pharmacy for help locating a healthcare provider. When a patient requests assistance, Freedom can help connect that patient with an independent healthcare provider who fits the patient’s needs and preferences.

We are interested in building relationships with local prescribers who welcome appropriate patient referrals. Participation does not require exclusivity, and patients remain free to select their provider and pharmacy.
